us:
Bangaram Island Resort is situated on
the Bangaram Island. It is one of the
six islands that are open to the tourists
like Bangaram, Kavaratti, Minicoy, Agatti,
Androt and Kalpeni. The Bangaram Island
Resort offers the water sports like
snorkelling, scuba diving, sea bathing
and picnics for the tourists. The resort
is surrounded by a coral reef, which
also forms a large lagoon. |

The
culinary delicacies available at the
multi-cuisine restaurant mainly consist
of fresh coconut and fish, found abundantly
on the Bangaram Island. The specialties
at the restaurant are the coastal
cuisine and local recipes. There is
also a beachside bar with a collection
of wines and cocktails.

Accommodation
:
Simple
yet comfortable rooms in the Bangaram
Island Resort cater to the needs of
the tourists round the clock. There
are 30 beach huts set in 128 acres of
land that offer every basic amenity
to the tourists. The rooms provide the
ceiling fan, refrigerator, en suite
bathroom and the palm-thatched verandah.
The four spacious bungalows offer more
privacy to the tourists. |
Recreation Facilities
:
The Bangaram Island
Resort provides the water sports facility
especially for scuba diving, angling,
deep-sea fishing, snorkelling, kayaking,
catamaran sailing. You can also enjoy
the coral reefs in the sea. The boats
are also available for visiting the
diving sites. The resort also offers
the diving courses and lagoon diving
to the beginners. The island resort
also provides excellent opportunities
for boating.
