The
first thing you would notice about the hotel is the drive.
Smooth, wide and surrounded by greenery. The green foliage
keeps swaying in tune to the gentle breeze that strangely
seems to blow never endingly. A sudden feeling of nostalgia
would grip you and a sense of relaxation and déjà
vu would follow. It might surprise you initially. You will
realize during the course of stay that Ballal Residency
reminds you of home. That would explain the nostalgia. It's
a common phenomenon that strikes almost all our clients
who book into our rooms. When you walk into the hotel, huge
glass doors and high chandeliered roofs will greet you in
a quite ambience. This is where you would find the reception
and the lobby.

There
are 63 twin bedded deluxe rooms with individually controlled
A/C facility. There are 4 suites in all with spacious lounges
attached to them. All the suites have individually controlled
A/C facility. All the suites are for double or more occupancy.
The rooms are big and roomy with wall- to- wall carpeting.
